TurboTax does not support tax year 2017.  Even if you could find the software TurboTax no longer provides any software updates for 2017 nor any state tax programs.

If you are trying to file a 2017 tax return that will include a tax refund, the tax refund will not be paid.  The 2017 return with a refund had to be filed on or before April 15, 2021.

If taxes are owed on the 2017 return you need to file as soon as possible since penalties and interest will continue to accrue until the taxes are paid.

A 2017 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.
