When will the software be ready for download for my Federal and State Taxes? I am currently a customer and receive my software through a download.

For what year?  2019?  2019 doesn't come out until November. Are you on the Advantage plan? Then you automatically get it as soon as it's available.

Are you an Advantage member with an annual subscription for the desktop software?    If so, the 2018 software was available months ago for Advantage members (last November 2018), and  you should have a download in your Advantage account, if you are signing into the correct account (some users end up with multiple accounts.)    If that's your situation, you should be able to retrieve the 2018 product here:

If you don't find it, we can help you find the right account.

Or are you asking about the 2019 tax year software which comes out in November of 2019?
