When the tax return is e-filed is it not necessary to submit the 1099-R's that are required with mailing?

Was typing in the information from the 1099's into the Turbo Tax file sufficient with an e-filing?

when you e-file to is no requirement to mail the iRS paper documents like w-2s and 1099s.

When e-Filing, those documents are not attached to your tax return.
