When is home heating credit form available

I presume that you are speaking about form MI 1040CR-7, the Michigan Home Heating Credit.

The State Forms Availability page shows that this form will be ready sometime in the first half of February. Please check this link, and when the date is changed to "available", then the form CR-7 is ready.

Note that "available" means that both the TurboTax version of the form has been approved by the state AND that the software to support that form has been coded and tested.
