When I sign an electronic return for a deceased person do I use my pin, date of birth and drivers license number, or that of the decedent?

You will select any pin for signature that you choose, and as personal representative you will put your credentials when asked for information to sign.  Make sure you answered the questions in the personal information about the taxpayer being deceased.
