What the heck happened? I downloaded the latest update today (3/11/25) to Premier and my tax forms have completely disappeared?

I simply accepted the latest update, then said open the program, and them it wanted me to start my tax returns (basically finished). I tried to open them finding the folder in Explorer but they are not there!

You may have logged into another TurboTax account if you have multiple accounts. If you have more than one TurboTax account you should check to make sure you are logged into the correct one.

The most common reason for not finding returns is signing in with the wrong user ID, which can happen if you have multiple accounts.
