What should I do if Form 2210 is incorrect?

TT does not put the number from line 27, col (a) in the space for line 10, col (a). It puts in a number about 2.2 times as large. By my calculations, the number in line 27(a) is correct. This error results in me owing a penalty. Don't know if it's coincidence, but the number in line 10(a) is the same as in line 22(c).
