On the current 1040, line 11 is your "Adjusted Gross Income." This is basically the amount on which you owe taxes before deductions, whether itemized or standard.
It is sometimes shortened to AGI and is a figure often used in identifying your taxable income on other tax forms.

You have to look at your actual Form 1040 to see the amount on line 11, then enter that amount on Schedule 8812. You can't try to figure out what line 11 would be.
