Please clarify what you are doing:

• Are you referring to a 6-digit IP PIN (Identity Protection PIN) provided by the IRS to victims of ID theft and those who elect into the IP PIN program?
• OR are you referring to the 6-digit email verification code that some users have to enter when going through the efile steps?   (this one is not called a PIN but rather a "code.")

If your issue is the email verification code when you go through the FILE section, then we can tell you how to update your email address in the Intuit Account settings.
