I hit some snags in Turbotax Online, and the Help panel directed me to post on Turbotax Community. It said it would email me a link to where I could see my question.
It didn't email me anything.
I don't see my question here.
What happened to the questions I posted to Community from Turbotax Online?

I was logged onto Turbotax Online itself, not Turbotax Community.
There is a "Intuit Assist" in the right-hand pane of Turbotax Online.
It allowed me to ask a question there, and had an option to POST TO COMMUNITY. But it never prompted for my Turbotax Community logon, which is not the same as my TurboTax logon.
So I don't know what it did with my question.
It said "Check your email for a link to your question" but no email arrived.
