What does it mean when TurboTax has my bar failed all the way out about my taxes being excepted

When the blue line is complete, this means that your tax return has been accepted by the IRS and you have an estimated date.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS once your return has been accepted, so you will need to track it using the IRS Where's My Refund link.
