Line 3A of the CT-40PNR in Sec 2. Must equal Line 1A, Less line 2A. I looked at my Indy state return and I don t see CT-40PNR form attached.

Is Indiana a full-year nonresident tax return?  Or something else?  What is your state of residence?

Do you have a W-2 from an Indiana employer?  Does the W-2 from the Indiana employer report Indiana local wages and local income tax in boxes 18 through 20 of the W-2?
