I talked to someone at TT on 3/18.  Looks like they are aware of the problem and are stating the 7206 problem should be finally fixed by the 3/28 release / so not this week but next.  This is a new form and was missing at first due to IRS releasing form and instructions.  Looks like it got teleased and some were able to file then it got broken again in a subsequent release.  They will not tell us this but reading all the posts I’m sure this is what has transpired.

I am waiting to e-file - anything to avoid going the snail-mail route.

Using TT 2003 Home and Business for Mac.

Received a software update. E-filed after the update. Got rejected by IRS.

Issue related to 7206 e-filing from Mac still persists as of 3/21/2024.

The targeted release date according to Turbotax is 3/28 - next week’s release

Issue hasn't been resolved in 3/28's update and unlikely to be resolved by Apr.15

Need to mail the forms.
