We can't file because of Form 8582

We are trying to e-file and we can't because our Maryland State taxes say We can't file because of Form 8582 is incomplete. We don't need to file a 8582 and it won't let us by pass this step. We have tried the suggestions and they aren't working for us.

Can you help us TT?
