I would make sure I dropped the cents from all entries of this amount on the "Forms" page, nor through Easy Step.
I had the same error message about the numbers not matching. As suggested, I rounded to the nearest dollar which worked.
I received the message below yesterday on another discussion I started about the issue. Hopefully they will identify and resolve the error(s) in Box 11.
"The situation you described regarding an error flagging state distributions from a 457 account is a known customer experience that is being addressed by the TurboTax development team. It is expected to be resolved after 2/2/2024."

Make sure to round and not just drop the cents. I had to round up in two boxes.
This solution worked for me, rounding. I did have to round in the complaining spot and the origination spot (2 spots total). Hope it helps others.
You beat me to the punch. I have been playing with this as well.
Same issue for me, in TX.
The only way I can remove the error was to enter every field without any cents, i.e. "10,000".
Item 11 now shows "10,000" and the error has been removed.
When running the Federal Review, no issue.
The update I applied this morning to my Mac desktop version of Premier appears to have corrected the software error. I was able to enter all three amounts in W-s Box 11 with cents included without encountering an error.
Make that Form W-2 Box 11.
Same here, the rounding to eliminate cents did not work.
Seems like you have to round the entry for your non-qualified plan in multiple fields (2 or 3) so that the numbers match exactly. In our case, all of our W-2 income was from non-qualified plan (457). Was able to complete process and file without errors once I did this.
Also...
Intuit was working on a fix.
Make certain that you have installed updates.
Good luck.
When will this glitch be fixed? I’m in PA where the distribution in box 11 on my W-2 is not taxable. Turbo Tax doesn’t maintain my data when I indicate Pennsylvania in box 15, and 0 in boxes 16 & 17 as per my W-2. The subsequent panel for 457 requires that a state and amount be input. I get error messages that the state ID doesn’t match info from the W-2. And I also get an error whether I enter the amount of the distribution on the panel for 457, or 0 (since it’s not taxable for PA). This is really frustrating. A response said this would be corrected after 2/2. What’s the status? Thanks.
After rounding my entries to the nearest dollar for my 2 unqualified W-2s, I had still had a glitch in one. Same state (IL). After downloading updates today (03/02), glitch on the same unqualified w-2 remained. I deleted the whole form and reentered with rounded number and no decimal places (form did not show .00). Made sure it was consistent in all entries. I was finally successful. Note: My other unqualified W-2 worked fine with rounding to the nearest dollar. Go figure!
After a download of updates in February, one of my unqualified w-2s remained error free using the rounding method. The other w-2 form reverted to error status, even with rounding!
After 03/02 updates downloaded, error not corrected. I deleted form and re-entered with no decimal places at all. Worked.
I don't know why everyone thinks it was the cents at the end that fixed the unqualified W2 glitch . It was not that. Rather it was changing the reply to the question about whether or not you contributed or withdrew money each month.Turbo tax did not like that answer of withdrawing, So, In order to file without an error. I had to check the box that said I contributed each month. which I did early in my career, just not anymore. I did this based on what another person had said was the only thing that would work. it was not getting rid of the cents on the amount :}
