USAA credit card transaction still not updating

I called USAA and this is what they said: "“mint is not using the latest API (application programming interface)" and therefore mint cannot connect with usaa to update. I passed this along on a mint chat on Oct 17 and then again Nov 9. mint told me they would "re-escalate" this issue. All this after 4 pervious mint chats.
