Updating Turbo Tax 2024

I can't install Turbo Tax updates to Premier version. message is "Microsoft Installer error 1648. No valid sequence could be found for set of updates."

You may need to do a manual update. 

What is a manual update?

Nothing has worked.  I tried three times today.  Some of the updates worked.  But, some released 2/27/25 and take 5 minutes to update have NOT worked.  I rebooted my computer and tried again.  But, I get the same message as earlier.  It is VERY annoying.,  When I tried to use the manual update, I kept getting the message that Turbo Tax wasn't installed!!  I've been using it to do my Federal and two states.  What's up here???
