Update installation

Product:   Turbo Tax Business 2021.

Trying to perform review of return and all of a sudden it says "need to check for updates".   I do so and then it freezes up on the installer.   Eventually it will go back that same screen and wants to check for updates again.  Round and round I go.   Need to get my returns finished!!!!

Please follow the instructions here to perform a manual update on the software.

I tried as you suggested and then went back to Turbo Tax Business 2021 and the same thing continues to happen.   It is freezing up on the microsoft installer.  When I click cancel it tells me that perhaps the reason why it won't continue is because another program is ahead in the installer waiting to be installed.  Not positive, but it doesn't appear that is correct. 

Any other suggestions?

Can I uninstall the software and then re-install it?   Could that take care of the issue?

Yes that could be resolve the issue, as it sounds like there is an update stuck in the queue.
