"Unexpected Error.Installation cannot continue due to an unexpected installer error. Error Code 65535" This happened last year. Please send a fix or update.

Windows 10:  Tried the suggested changes to my computer but nothing seems to work.  The registry fix program doesn't help.  Tried turning off all spyware and virus protection still get unexpected error.  Used Turbo Tax for many years and never had this problem but this is the first time for a Windows 10 machine.  Working from a downloaded 2019 Turbotax deluxe.
