I am a single person and I still haven't receive my unemployment refund after the new tax law of the  first $10,200 not been taxed. When can I expect to get mine?

Hi

It is a pleasure to help you with your question about unemployment.  If you had taxable income on line 15 of your tax return and tax paid on line 24 of your tax return you are probably due a refund.  If you had zeros on these lines you are not due a refund.  There are other variables that can affect the equation too.   If you are due a refund and the IRS is still working on the millions of returns that were received to correct them.  I would expect that by November 1st I hope that they will be finished but still a question.
