I think that Bob Abel who has been helping me prepare my filing has modified the forms for prepaying 2022 taxes and now I can't seem to print a new copy to be used for filing.
I'm Leonard B. C. of [PII Removed] Telephone [phone number removed]. a Mr. Bob Able who has helped me for many years helped me again this year but is retired so he says there are somethings he can no longer do to help me. I printed a copy but he was concerned that 2021 taxes were so much higher that previous years that TT printed prepayment notices @ about $13,000 each un stead of the usual $4400 ones. We have no reason to believe 2022 taxes will be so hi so he's hopeful he can modify the prepayment forms to more realistic number. How can I print out the latest version of the TT form for filing? I worried because I have no idea whether this will even be seen by anyone at TT. Please respond, I need help.
If you need to change the amounts that are shown for the 1040ES, you can follow these instructions to change the amount.
When you prepare your 2021 return, we'll automatically calculate your 2022 estimated tax payments and prepare 1040-ES vouchers if we think you may be at risk for an underpayment penalty next year.
You can also calculate your 2022 estimated taxes and generate the payment vouchers by doing this:
