Unable to link Flagstar bank MyLoans loan

Flagstar has multiple portals that lead to different products. I've tried linking my HELOC in their myloans portal with no success. Their url is flagstar.com and then I select the 'my loans' drop-down on their login page.

This is where the Mint app send us for feedback. It’s also where your link puts me eventually. 

I think this person is correct and the url needs to be updated to https://www.myloans.net/content/myloans/us/en/myloans/login

But I don’t know how to tell that to the mint developers.

I am having this issue as well. It used to work and update but has not for at least the last month.
