Unable to install second product

I do my personal taxes and trust taxes. I installed the Business product already. I tried to download the Deluxe product and was unable to do so. What is the fix? Both returns must be filed and have different requirements.

Unable to install second product

Do you have Windows 10 or 11?  You can install Business on Windows 10 but you need Windows 11 to install the personal program.
