Unable to file. TT continues to ask to review an entry

I have completed my return, have analyzed it and try to file it, but TT continues to want to review my return and cannot continue past the review section.

Transmit return now>> "We need to make one more check" "Everything looks great on your return. We've double checked...But, before you e-file, we need a little more information that we didn't need earlier" The only option is to "change filing method" or "continue". I choose "continue" which loops me back to the error.

"check this entry"

Schedule E worksheet (property address) Line 4-royalty income from rental real estate and income from royalties must be reported as separate properties on schedule E.

Income:

4. Enter royalties received (not reported elsewhere)…...$0

It doesn't like that I put $0

Rundown:

I had a rental property I never rented in 2019. It sold in November.

Since I never rented it, I have no rental income. Therefore $0 is correct. Right?

What is the solution for me to file my return?

Thanks for any help provided.

If the property was available for rent, then Yes, $0 is correct for rental income.

TurboTax asks for the number of days it was rented, if you put 0, that may be the issue.  Even if the property was not rented, you put in the number of days that it was available to be rented.

If the property was not available to rent, then it becomes an investment property and the sale of the property needs to be reported through the section Investment Income, Stocks Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other.
