Unable to enter SSA-1099 on TTPremier

Just downloaded my '25 TT Premier yesterday, started to input income and have been unable to enter my SSA benifits.  I click on update in the Income summary page and it just goes back to the top of the page.  Also when I enter 1099-R info I get a question about Canadian Pension name?  I started my daughter's taxes and was able to click on the start button for SSA and it worked (she does not recieve SSA).  Read posts from last year and I don't think I should have to switch to forms and manually fill out the form, that's why I have bought TurboTax for over 25 yrs.  Thanks

Not sure what to do about the Canadian form situation....but if you switch to Forms Mode...then open and DELETE the Social Security worksheet (it will regenerate when you access again in the interview)...that might fix the interview problem.

Thanks for your message, IT WORKED!  I deleted the form and it came back and I could now fill in the info.
