Unable to add "Other Documents" through "I'll type it in myself" option

I need to enter a 1099-R from a Schwab Workplace Retirement Account. This is not the same login/interface as traditional Schwab and therefore I cannot use the "Import" feature.

When I attempt to manually enter the form, the interface just brings me right back to the main screen. Here are my steps: Personal > Personal Income > "View" under Import Summary > "+ Add Other Documents" > "I'll type it in myself" > "Continue". After hitting "Continue" it simply brings me back to the Personal > Personal Income page.

How can I trigger the program to prompt me to manually enter a 1099-R form?

Thank you in advance.

What?  Why are you going to the Import Summary?

go to Personal

Personal Income

I'll Choose what to work on

Then scroll way down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
Then IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R) – Click Start

Don't type the bank name or try to import it.
At the bottom pick - Change How I enter my Form
Then on the next screen pick - I'll Type it in Myself

Be sure to pick the right kind of 1099R on the 4 boxes. 1099R or CSA1099R or CSF1099R or RRB1099R
If you are filing a Joint return be sure to pick which person it is for.

I suggest your try:

  - Personal

  - Personal Income

  - I'll Choose what I work on

  - Retirement Plans and Social Security

  - IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)

  - You will see an option to enter your form 1099-R
