I made an error with the number of ending shares on Form 1120 S K-1. I accidentally typed 100 as number of ending shares instead of 1000 (beginning number of shares). Do I need to amend? How do I correct? Only one shareholder, and I efiled the return already which was due 3/15/22. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

only one shareholder - so forget about amending since the k-1 tax numbers won't change.
Thanks. Will I be able to change it back to 1000 as beginning amount when I do the 2022 tax return?
If your Articles of Incorporation state the S-Corp has only issued 100 shares you will want to amend your return. It will not hold up filing your personal returns, since, as @Mike9241 stated, it doesn't change your allocations because you are the sole shareholder. It is important to report the stock shares correctly in case you truly issue additional shares in the future.
