Turbotax won't let me file until February 19th? Say what?

Turbotax rejected my federal and state tax returns claiming that there is a processing error on Form 8960.  It claims, however, I can e-file on or after February 19th:  "This issue will be resolved on February 19, 2023.  On or after this resolution date you may resubmit this return for electronic filing". 

What?  Will IRS publish new rules on Form 8960 on the 19th?  Why the wait?

The IRS has pushed that date to mid March.

Thanks BSCH4477.  I looked at Trubotax, IRS.gov and googled 8960 but nothing about any update on 8960.  How did you get that recent information?
