Turbotax won't file my return, indicates ssn mismatch. SSN is truncated on one W2. This seems to be inline with 84 F.R. 31717, 7-3-19. How do I fix the issue?

If you imported the W-2, then delete it and re-enter it manually which may fix the issue.
