How many TurboTax accounts do I have?

I have only 1 account. I did try the link to double-check, and it just logged me straight in to my usual account. I have had the same account since maybe 2007. This is the first time during tax prep that the system thought i had an address change.
One thing i would note, i started the process this year on my phone app. As i went through the initial first pages of personal info checking i noticed some fields would have their data automatically selected in the phone app. The selection highlight and control bar were larger than the field itself. I didn't change any data, only selected next button, but it seemed like some kind of bug. On a later page (bona fide residence test), it was the same. I had to enter the field to change the dates to the current year, and it was very difficult to get the selection highlight to go away so i could change only the needed dates.
It seemed like a bug in the app. After that i went to the PC to do it online and had no other issues except that Turbo Tax thinks my address has changed, although it has not.
I checked the address, it's exactly the same as always and as i said i did not edit any of it in the first review in the app. I have tried to edit the address online (making no changes, just opening the edit page and tabbing through the fields), and then save to see if it clears the error, but it does not. TurboTax stubbornly thinks i've moved although i have not.
