TurboTax program changing employer name after input

I am entering my W2 and the employer name contains a "&" symbol. The instructions in the program say to enter the name EXACTLY as it appears on the W2 or the return might be rejected. However after entering the name when I click through the next couple screens to return to the W2 summary it has changed the single "&" symbol to "&"

How do I fix this so it shows the correct name?

Don’t include the & character. Your return will be fine without it.
