Turbotax is telling me my W2 needs review because it wants a employer state ID number, but I work in a state with no income tax so there isn't one on my W2, what do I do?

Either use the federal number or nine nines.

Leave boxes 15, 16 and 17 blank (empty) on the W-2 you are entering.
