I was able to file federal on turbo tax business and an extension for state. Turbo tax doesn’t really file the extension but rather refers you to CTConnect (or something similar), the CT tax website where you file online. I filled out and printed the CT extension form on turbo tax business but didn’t need it to file.
Thank you everyone for the help. I was able to efile for federal - I must have done something incorrect when I tried earlier.
Here is what DRS sent to me:

Subject: RE: Turbotax Business not ready to process Tax Year 2024
Good afternoon,
Turbo tax should be able to accept the PTE or composite returns.
We do not accept the PDF as a proper filing. Please file the returns by selecting file now on myconneCT if turbo-tax is still not available.
Thanks,
E-Commerce

Although the filing date is clearly shown in myconneCT as the 15th of April, there was no mention of an adjustment of filing date in their response.
I tried to file using TurboTax and again received the "Turbotax Business not ready to process Tax Year 2024" message we've been seeing.
As the message indicates, if you follow the 'File Now' link on the myconneCT site, you can submit all the Form CT-1065/CT-1120SI partnership information and file the return. This is a bit of a pain in the neck, but you can copy/paste out of the TurboTax pdf, so it's not too big an effort. Of note is that myconneCT calculates a tax liability, while TurboTax had no tax being paid. This is an error on Turbotax's part, but I'm not certain of the source.
This is a known issue and was referred to developers to address. We have been informed that a fix is to be deployed by the end of this week. If you run updates and restart the program after Friday, look for the issue to have been resolved. Thank you for your patience.
