3/8/24 7:30 AM ET Update: STILL unable to e-file Georgia 600S (s-corp) tax return. 1120-S Fed Forms filed and accepted 3/2. Computer rebooted. Cache cleared. even tried new install on a separate PC.

These forms are due on the 15th. we have now run out of time. this is complete BS. now what?

GA forms still show 3/8 date instead of 'available'.

Still not working for my basic LLC as of 3/8.  Will this ever work or should I just file a paper return?

Still with the same error.   Now after spending 90min with a TT agent.  It seems to me they don’t have a clue about the issue or the fix.  She was going to escalate.  I’ll wait till Monday and file by mail if not resolved by then.  I asked for a refund for which she shared a link by email.  I’ll check that out later today.  Probably will get it.

I spent 3 hours on the phone with TT rep on Wednesday. I was assured that I would be able to file my Wisconsin fiduciary Form 2 on Friday 3/8. Today I opened TT Business and it showed an update for Wisconsin Fiduciary Form so I was hopeful. Unfortunately, I received the same error as everyone else and was not able to transmit. Its very frustrating that TT can't get this issue fixed.

Same here been trying to E-file my partnership federal and state taxes and still the same problem as everyone else. 

Spoke with a TT rep last week and was told to wait until 3/8 for an update 🙄 well today is the day and guess what? Nothing has been resolve yet for this inconvenient im frustrated since business taxes are due on 3/15

I suggest you try and file federal only.  Seems problem is for state returns only.  If federal goes through and accepted (I did that yesterday) then it’s only the state that you would need to file by mail if push comes to shove

The problem is Form 8453-FE, it is not,  and will not, be available for Business 2023.  Confirmed by TT Support this morning. 

State forms may add to this problem but 8453-FE is the main problem.  

Time to get the refund form and get our money back.

Same problem here. This is a big problem. One would think they're trying to solve it at this stage of the game. Dissapointing. Thanks for the link for the refund.

Ga partnership still won't go through as march 8th, 7:40pm EST

Please try again tomorrow.  The updates may not take effect until later tonight. 

The forms are scheduled to be released for filing today according to this release date schedule for GA partnership returns.  

The same is true for the GA S-corporation returns.

Form 8453P, Partnership Tax Return Declaration for Electronic Filing

Is still showing that the file is unsupported. Will check back tomorrow otherwise i will be filling for a full refund since the deadline for business is next week.
