TurboTax Business 2017 State form download looping

I need to amend my 2017 Business return and when I try to amend the return, TT prompts me to download state forms and then I receive the error below.  I found this article, but it is not clear what file should be deleted if your State is not Arizona which they use in the example.  https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/bugs-and-error-messages/help/busi[product key removed]ase-download...
