Turbo Tax won't acknowledge info on my healthcare 3895 form- keeps saying I need to fix errors in the numbers. How do I get it to accept the data and move on?

Try deleting the form - and then go back through your CA state return and re-enter the information (Form 3895) into the state return.   Enter the exact numbers on the form; let TurboTax round them if necessary.  

To delete forms in TurboTax Online - 

• Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
• In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
• In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
• Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.   The state forms will be near the bottom of the list.

Thank you! I’ll give that a try today. 

if I delete the form, will it come up on the list of things to complete? I think

its not working because some months have numbers and some have zero.

I had the same problem. The only way around this bug is to type in all the fields by hand, not copy and paste. This is outrageous. There should be information about which filed is not accepted and there is absolutely no reason for why copy and paste shouldn't work. This bug has been reported every year for the past several years.

Thank you for your reply! That truly is absurd, as copying and pasting each field already takes significant time. 

will try it though. I got so frustrated I set aside taxes altogether and have not picked them back up. Next year im hiring an accountant.

Even that is not working!! It will not accept form 3895 and also the marketplace policy id number is less than 15 digits and wit wont accept it!!

I have the same problem that the data on form 3895 is not converted to form 3849. I wonder if you finally get any solution for this problem.
