Try deleting the form - and then go back through your CA state return and re-enter the information (Form 3895) into the state return. Enter the exact numbers on the form; let TurboTax round them if necessary.
To delete forms in TurboTax Online -
- Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
- In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
- In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
- Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions. The state forms will be near the bottom of the list.
