I've download and installed TT 2022 Premiere. Transferred info from 2021 TT program. Then.....tried to save it to my computer. It will NOT let me do it without providing LOGIN KEYCHAIN PASSWORD which is NOT on my computer (2021 is, but not the newly installed 2022 TT). I can't save any TT data to my hardrive as a result. PLEASE ADVISE ASAP. THIS IS THE WORST INSTALL OF TT I'VE EVER HAD!

This is a known issue that is being worked on.
I had the same problem, found this on another post about it. It worked!
The following steps (which were recommended by someone else in another post) seem to have solved this issue for me: (a) Restart the computer; (b) Start Turbotax and, when it asks for a keychain password, enter your computer screensaver or login password and click "always allow". Good luck.
