Turbo Tax does not recognize the financial institution on my 1099-R. I have tried typing it in search bar. What to do?

You may have to try entering your 1099-R information manually. Look for an edit button or an "I'll enter it myself" option.

As fargo1886 said, you can add the form manually since your financial institution may not be on the Partner list.

To enter form 1099-R:

• Click on Federal Taxes
• Click on Wages and Income
•  Click on I'll Choose what I work on
• Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
• On IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R), click the Start Button
• Answer questions until you get to the import screen
• Type it in yourself, select Change how I enter my form, and continue through
