Turbo Tax Business - Virginia -Unable to e-file, caught in a "We Need a Little More Information Before You E-File" loop

Trying to efile Federal and Virginia taxes for my SCORP. Don't seem to have any errors. When I click "Transmit Returns Now", it prompts me saying " Everything looks good .....blah ..blah... "But before you efile, we need little more information that we didn't need earlier". It prompts a form to "Review Your Return". But there is nothing additional to enter or correct. It continues in a loop. Can't efile. Frustrated.

Error is with VA502A. I don't think I'm even supposed to complete that form. Not sure why is it being included
