Turbo Tax 2021

I'm in a continuous loop of answering questions

1. Form 2439 - I answer No

2. Section 1256 - I answer no

3. ISO Options - I answer no

4. Selling investments - I answer no

5. Investment losses for 2020 not claimed - A answer no

Then Turbo tax starts all over again on Form 2439.

Please help me clarify the question.

• It looks like you are in TurboTax Home & Business
• What were you trying to do?
  • Enter a K-1?
  • Make a business entry into the program?
  • Posting an investment?
• Did you go to the FORMS mode and see what it is trying to post?
• Did you try to log out of the return and come back in?

I am having the same problem.  I am not trying to enter anything after importing and verifying 1099 consolidated, just answering no to additional questions puts me in a continuous do-loop.  I am using 2021 Turbo Tax Premier.
