TT Says I can't file- 8995A - QBD hasn't been finalize by IRS. It was supposed to be 2/5/20, now it says 2/20. But it's here: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f8995a.pdf

You will need to update the software.

Please see the TurboTax FAQ below, for assistance with updates:

I tried updating my software and it still says it can't submit an e-file. I contacted the support staff and they are telling me I either have to update to a business edition of Turbo Tax or delete the form from my tax return.  That can't be right!!! :(  All this because we sold some corn to a Co-op like we do every year. We're not a huge farm.  We just have a small amount of ground and someone farms it for us.  Turbo Tax Premier says I can mail in our tax return.  If I can do that why do I need to upgrade? Obviously, Premier can process the form to print but not submit electronically.

If Premier will allow you to mail it in, go ahead and mail it in. it sounds like Turbo Tax is attempting to have you file a Schedule F? Out of curiosity, how much is the income from this venture and what type of a tax document was it reported on?
