When I try to create a new account to file additional returns, I get redirected back to existing account which already has a return filed. How do I start a new return?

TT Online is only good for one return per account, User ID and password.

TT Desktop can be used for multiple returns for friends and family.

Simple returns can be done here:

www.taxfreedom.com

Go to the TurboTax online edition website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

Choose the edition you want to use. Click on the button to start. On the following screens complete the Create your Account. DO NOT click on Sign In
