TRYING TO FILE AN EXTENSION AND MY MIDDLE INITIAL IS BEING LEFT OFF THE FORM WHICH IS CAUSING IT TO REJECT. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING? MIDDLE INIT IS ON EVERYWHERE ELSE.

WAS ON PHONE WITH SUPPORT AND THEY COULD NOT FIGURE OUT. THE MIDDLE INITIAL IS LISTED EVERYWHERE ELSE ON TURBOTAX. THE SSN IS A MATCH. THE ONLY THING THAT IS NOT UPDATING ON THE FORM IS MY MIDDLE INITIAL. ALSO TRIED TO PUT THE MIDDLE INITIAL IN THE BOX WHERE MY FIRST NAME IS WHICH MADE IT APPEAR ON THE FORM AND LOOK CORRECT YET STILL REJECTED WITH THIS ERROR: R0000-500-01 - PrimarySSN' and 'PrimaryNameControlTxt' in the Return Header must match the e-File database
