Transmission failed

I am unable to e-file it is telling me "transmission failed", wants me to check for updates online, but there is no link and where do I update ?

Transmission failed

Are you using Online TurboTax, desktop software for Windows, or desktop software for Mac?

 

Also, are you using a VPN by any chance?
