I have not been able to EFile.
I'm still having the same issue. I'm hoping that once this is resolved someone will post it so that we can all proceed with completing our taxes

Are you using the download or desktop version of TurboTax or the web/cloud version? It seems like the web cloud version is working and the issues are only for the download/desktop version?
I agree with you because this issue should not be happening!! Turbo Tax IT people Should have done a checks and balance before the software was ever released to make sure they had no bugs or glitches! Very frustrating and delaying
of your taxes being filed electronically creating further delay of getting a refund if warranted.

I am getting the same error/message. I have never mailed my returns (well at least in the last 15 years). It does not tell what forms. I tried to to e-file today and I'm still getting the same message. Very frustrating

To my knowledge, TT doesn't have a Cloud ver of Home & Business.
Please correct me if I'm wrong. It comes in the Download and Disc version.

I went straight to BestBuy.com yesterday and downloaded H&R Block. Reentered my information and e-filed my Schedule C return with no issues and both Federal and State returns were accepted by each agency in less than 30 minutes. Goodbye TurboTax, it's been something.
Was is difficult transferring files from TT , past yrs return?
I had the same error. I called TT and they went through all the forms and told me everything looked correct. Then proceeded to tell me i had to file by mail. I told them i've never had to do that in 15 years. They just basically said well that's what you need to do, it's not our software. BS!!!!!!
I went and bought HR block, filed my taxes online within 1 hour and both taxes have been accepted. Refund requested and goodbye turbo tax
Its 1/31 and this error still persist? Will there be a resolution soon
26 pages of this and no definitive answer!
TT needs to tell us if this problem is going to get fixed in tonight's update... OR NOT! We can't be expected to just wait around wondering when it will be resolved!
