This is ridiculous! I've already been charged and not able to file.

I can't file because of form 8915F isn't available yet. The date keeps getting pushed out. Now it's 3/9. 

 

I've ALREADY been charged for my filing and I CAN'T FILE ELECTRONICALLY. How do I get my money back? I'm going to a company that can allow me to file.

This is ridiculous! I've already been charged and not able to file.

Same thing happened to me.   Took me an hour.  But I just finished HRB and got the same back.   Was able to file.  IRS accepted it. I ate the $30 turbo tax had me pay already before telling me I can’t file yet.    What a scam.  But I’m done with TT now after 10 years.     How can you keep pushing the item back week after week.  Incompetent

If you would like to inquire about a refund, please feel free to contact Customer Support so they can assist you. You will want to use the keywords billing issues when you call so you get to the right person.
