Thank you soooo much I was able to successfully open my 2019 federal tax return that i completed in 2019.  I need to complete my state portion that I never started.  The problem that I am having is when I click complete state nothing happens, it just spins and spins.  My assumption is that the software is attempting to download the state forms needed.  Is there a way to manually download the state forms into turbotax so that turbo tax can complete the return. or am I missing something else.  My assumption is that the download does not store any state documents in the original install package?.  Thank you for your help.
