The software is looping, need IT support

Your system indicates I need to upgrade to deluxe because of a repay of health insurance discount, when I click on upgrade to Deluxe, new screen, that says great choice, let's continue right where you left off, when i hit continue, takes me back to health coverage screen and starts the process all over again.
