The IRS told be that my refund was posted to the wrong bank account. How do I fix this?

I called the IRS trying to find out where my refund was and they checked the bank account it was sent to and it was the wrong account
They told me to contact Turbo Tax but until know I could see how to do that

TurboTax does not receive any kind of tax refund, federal or state.
If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.

I just got off the phone with the Tax Products Group. They said I have to get a transcript from you as to what account number was used to send my tax return to my bank. Then I have to contact my bank with that account number in order for them to deal with this.
